Vendor/Publication Terms Of Usage

The images that are being provided to the vendor or publication the “User” of the photos (and only the User of the photos) are licensed to the User for web and social media publishing only. Users license does not include photos created by TMWS to be used in paid advertising or any advertising campaigns. Users license does not include use that results in print sale profits, or resale of any nature. The More We See or “TMWS” is not responsible for loss or damage to any file or photograph, and does not have any obligation to maintain copies or store any digital files, images, or photographs. TMWS may revoke this license at any time and for any reason. TMWS retains all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof.

User also understands that he/she is not allowed to crop, alter, re-edit, or change photos in any way shape or form, or have any other photographer crop, alter, re-edit or change photos in any way shape or form.  
This permission applies worldwide. User agrees that he/she may not enter any TMWS images into competition without the express written permission of TMWS. TMWS retains the copyright to all images, per USC Title 17 (US Copyright Law).

If User is using TMWS image files for web or social media User must give credit to “The More We See” including a link to TMWS website at www.themorewesee.com

By using any of these images, User is agreeing to the above terms.
